Host an Event

IT-oLogy offers a variety of different spaces for hosting IT-related programs and events.

Read on to see what spaces are available in IT-oLogy's new building on Gervais Street. To reserve a room, email reservations@IT-oLogy.org with:

  • your name, company, title and contact information
  • the event name and date
  • a brief description of the event
  • an estimated number of attendees
  • a list of sponsoring companies or organizations
  • desired room

Auditorium
With space for 200 people, our brand-new theater with stadium seating is designed for hosting high-impact events.

Conference Room
Collaboration will come easy in this modern, 14-seat conference room designed with all the tools you need for hosting strategy sessions, planning meetings, focus groups, project teams and other important get-togethers.

Business Center
Need to stay connected? The business center is a quiet place to get away and check in with the office, make copies or charge your batteries.

Mega Bite Lounge
From coffee and donuts in the morning to a formal evening reception, the Mega Bite Lounge features a prep kitchen and a relaxing environment for catering during a day-long seminar or hosting a networking or fund-raising event.

Forums
Our most flexible spaces, the Forums can be configured for a variety of events from panel discussions and separate sessions to seminars and expos. The three rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 100 guests. The corner location provides the best view of the State House.

Classroom
Extend the reach of your educational program far beyond the 50 people in the classroom by taking advantage of our distance-learning capabilities.

Create IT Lab
This 30-seat lab is designed for hands-on educational activities, technical training, software and hardware development as well as applied research. The lab provides direct access to our data network.

The Portal
Challenge students to think about the skills and technology they need to design the games they play in this open recreational room that’s designed to capture the imagination and explore the possibilities of the vast world of IT.

Open IT Lab
Open your mind to learning in this lab dedicated to open source software education and support for open source projects.
